With the placement of my order I am authorizing my credit card to be charged and admit I have read and comply with the Privacy Policy and full Terms and Conditions of this offer.  I understand I am responsible to pay for the product that is being shipped to me.

Guarantee and Refund Policy:

All returned product will ensue a 20% restocking fee.  Our products come with a 30-day, money-back guarantee for new and unopened products based on the delivery date from the shipping company.  To receive a refund please contact our customer service team member at 602-741-9518 or your sales representative.    This individual will provide shipping instructions and a return authorization number.  All products delivered greater than 30 days are final. 

Exchange Policy:

If you receive any product that is damaged, broken, defective or an item is missing, you must notify the company within 3 days of the delivery day.  We request you send to CBDtheremedy.com pictures of the damaged products or a picture of all products received if one or more is missing.  A replacement product will be shipped out within 5 days of approval.  Pictures received on missing product claims will be compared to our shipping picture at the time of shipment for authorization and approval. 

If for any reason there is an issue with a product, we encourage all clients to contact us.  Please allow 10 to 15 business days for approval of a refund or credit to be issued.  We will confirm the refund status via email for your convenience.
